Negative: our own parking spot was taken, we been told to park at visitor parking but sometimes visitors parking also full and we need to wait.. Also the property not really clean..

Comfortable spacious living for family Positive: Good layout and space Negative: Cleanliness needs serious improvement. Floor was dusty (especially under the bed and sofa), oven was greasy, dishes were not cleaned properly with stains still stuck on the surface, freezer had old ice and stains.

Terrible. Wasn’t even provided with partial refund for all the things that were wrong. Spent two hours in the lobby wait Positive: Space, location and bathrooms Negative: Key didn’t work, waited for 2 hours for a locksmith. Difficult instructions to get to car park, lock box and room all in different parts of large building. Dirty - crumbs on bench tops, urine on toilet seat from previous person. River view hindered by very dirty windows and doors. No basics for tea, coffee or milk provided. Cupboards had old stale teas and vitamin jars.

Awesome place, close to all amenities Positive: The view was outstanding, the size of the rooms, the bathrooms were excellent. Perfect for my family with 2 small kids. Negative: The kitchen could have a full set of cutlery - but that's so so minor.
