I would like to lodge a complaint in regards to my booking 16/06/23 - 18/03/23 14 Bassan Street 2256 Positive: No breakfast, no coffee no sugar Negative: The only good apart from all drama waterfront was nuceI would like to lodge a complaint in regards to my booking 16/06/23 - 18/03/23 14 Bassan Street 2256 Woy Woy we arrived around 14:00 place not ready, The contact person let us in and said the place is not ready, the place in a mess. We left our luggage and gone out till the cleaner finished, we get back 15:00 the place still not ready. Finally ready around 17:00. No free to air TV , no sugar there was no coffee, broken furniture, blind, Table, doors to balcony, not lock Outside dirt. Not enough towels not enough toilet paper, double pump, it was very very uncomfortable so my last night I sleep in a couch. Totally and happy with the place, spoil our holiday. And it’s overcharge..

Absolutely stunning view. Comfortable, clean and would definitely stay again. Negative: I think the dishwasher may need some maintenance. Didn't really clean the dishes.

Perfect Getaway On The Bay. Positive: Tranquil and relaxing location. Waterside gem for a perfect getaway. Great stay where you can take your furbaby.

Positive: Unfortunately the place was not clean benches very. Sticky pots in the the kitchen still had food soild in them, I had to vaccume the rooms as they where dirty the dusting on the edge of the carpets was bad, bedroom widows where very dirty and full of spider webs. It's such a beautiful location but the place needs a good clean carpet and tiles. Bathrooms where not as bad. But the water in the showers no pressure it literally just drips while showering in the onsuite bathroom. Dishwasher dose not despens the the tablets.
