Cozy 3 bedroom with terrace in CBD

Could have been better. Positive: The location is nice, very central and close to transport and Oxford Street. We liked the street. Could be a lovely property if properly renovated and maintained. Negative: The property has been hastily renovated and the back door is flimsy, an outdoor light fell down and the place felt unclean generally (not the fault of the cleaners, more because it's been cheaply slapped together). Front bedroom was noisy. Bed linen on one bed was dirty but cleaners came and fixed this.

下次绝对不再住了，三十多个国家最差的一次 Positive: 位置确实不错，在中心城区的老城区，能感受到当地特色 Negative: 路边房间就像住在马路上一样，太吵了，一般人真受不了。房间打扫的非常不干净，墙上到处都是死蚊子，桌子柜子灰很大。房东特别不灵活，退房时间早，也不能多放一会行李，在其他国家即使下一个客人入住了，也会帮忙把行李放在角落，这还得带着箱子去存储，来回耽误好多时间

It was a horrible experience. The owners are not very cooperative that we have now sorted legal action to get our money Positive: Absolutely nothing. DO NOT STAY HERE. Negative: It was unsafe. It was a horrible area. The lounge area smelt like vomit. There was a raging party next door and you could see people out the window racking up lines of coke. Rubbish all over the front verandah. Upstairs back window smashed and not repaired..only hidden my a bead head. Dust all over the furniture upstairs. Felt extremely unclean. And the corker … My son got Electrocuted on unsafe wiring. As you can see the pics below. Our electrician told us that if he had little fingers he would be dead. It was so horrible and distressing.

Double consider Positive: Convenience place and nice deco Negative: Not clean and no door lock/security Noisy and trash can on the front door

Great location, nice apartment, very helpful hosts Positive: Nicely renovated apartment in a very convenient area. Great casual cafes and dining on the same block. Walk to rugby, cricket, and Aussie football; museums and shops. Oxford St just north is similar to Castro neighborhood of SF. Negative: Downstairs is effectively open air, and was cold during Sydney winter. But this does seem typical for the area (cafes and restaurants kept windows open as well even on 50deg days). Hosts provided a space heater to help but still quite a bit colder than most US residents will be used to. Upstairs heaters are new and very effective.
