Handy and good price for the place. Positive: Nice and clean apartment. Great discount for extra nights. Negative: The building has dirty floors, an old elevator, and needs maintenance. The room was lacking spare pillows (with pillow covers), a bowl, and an extra blanket; the bath drainage was plugged, and a vacuum cleaner or a broom would have been useful for long stays.

Positive: Staff is responsible Negative: we found ants on the kitchen counter and floor. Also, the kitchen faucet is broken. The floor is dirty and the amenities are not enough for 5 days.

we request a refund Negative: Unfortunately we were not able to locate the lock box to enter the property and had to find other accommodation. We have requested a refund, but haven't heard back from the owners. We will continue to request the refund.

Positive: Location was good. Facilities were nice. Negative: A bit difficult to find entrance and key. Had to buy hand soap, tissues/paper towels, and dishwashing tablets as there was non in the apartment when we arrived.
