Overall great stay for us, close to University, Shopping Mall and Metro Positive: Clean, walkable to Mall and Metro station, quiet even with the big road next door. Negative: Remote for the TV was not working properly. Could use a new one

"Unprofessional and Unwelcoming: A Place to Avoid" Negative: The host was completely irresponsible. On the check-in date, after a long flight and a drive to the apartment, I still hadn’t received any check-in information. When I called the property, I was told they didn’t manage it and that someone would check and call me back. After 30 minutes of waiting, I received only a name and phone number in a text—no instructions, no guidance whatsoever. When I finally spoke to the host, I received vague and confusing check-in information. Finding the key took another 10 minutes, and it wasn’t even at the address provided. While the apartment was relatively clean and had basic amenities, the negatives far outweighed any positives. The apartment is located right on the corner of two busy roads, making it incredibly loud. The first bedroom faces directly onto the street, and even with all windows and doors shut, the noise made it impossible to sleep. The second bedroom, separated by glass, was extremely cramped, with no space for a suitcase and nowhere to store belongings. As if the experience weren’t bad enough, they started bombarding me with messages the day before check-out, reminding me repeatedly to leave and clean the apartment. I received one reminder the night before, another early on check-out day, and yet another after that—three messages telling me to leave and clean. This felt incredibly pushy and unwelcoming, as if they were rushing to get me out. Overall, this was a terrible experience. I would strongly recommend avoiding this place.

Positive: Private car park and pet friendly Negative: Toilet is old and looks a bit dirty . Not enough shower gel/ shampoo/ toilet paper provided as we stay for 4nights. Have to clean all the trash and dishes before we go

Good location to where we want to go. Positive: Easy when you understand how to get the keys. We were told to collect keys from a mailbox but there are many similiar mailboxes. However, we managed to contact the host Negative: They need to replace their Ikea Knives. They are so blunt that I cannot cut Mangoes. They provide fruit peeler but equally blunt. As this is Airbnb, you need to clear your trash, clean your cups as you go

Great location Positive: Clean tidy close to shops. Close to where we were working. Negative: Didn't have enough pots or pans for cooking. Need another extra fob.
