St Leonards 2B2B Apt with Skyview

Horrible customer experience!!!! Positive: The location was good and the view was great. But nothing else about this place was okay Negative: Had to leave!!! and to get another hotel room, cost me $528. I could not stay in this place because of the smell (terrible) and the beds (also terrible) There were two bedrooms, one bed was ridiculously soft. The other was ridiculously hard. Unable to sleep in either bed. The check in procedure was totally unworkable… honestly even describing how ridiculous and stupid it was is exhausting. It required luck and a lot of detective work to figure it out. Then when we got in there, the place smelled of backed up sewerage. I asked for a refund. The standard was not okay. No one should be expected to stay in a place that stinks with beds that can’t be slept on because they are so bad. They have refused to refund.

Positive: The location was amazing - so close to the hospital Negative: The property had a couple of things broken including the microwave which was quickly replaced. The cleanliness of the property was very average. The drain in the shower was very blocked with hair. Windows were very dirty on the inside.

Positive: Great location. Easy check in and flexible. Nice and spacious apartment. Negative: The shower drain was blocked and flooded the bathroom immediately on use. The rug in the lounge was absolutely filthy, looked like it's never been carpet cleaned, and the couch wasn't much better. The beds were so uncomfortable. The pictures made it look a lot newer than it was in reality, not terrible but fairly significant wear on the furniture that wasn't reflected in the pictures.
